When choosing the best coffee, pay attention to the roast. Taste and caffeine content depend on the roast. Light – Light flavor saturation, pronounced acidity. Medium – Light, bittersweet notes on the palate. Light acidity, richer taste. Dark – Pronounced bittersweet taste, minimal acidity.
